What We Do
Since our founding in 2009, U.R. Important Foundation has been on the move — literally. We began in French Valley, serving our community out of our home and local parks, distributing food and clothing to those in need. We then expanded our reach to Menifee, where we served that city as well as Hemet and San Jacinto through park center distributions. For over five years now, Lake Elsinore has been our central hub, where we continue to grow our impact throughout Southern California.
When the pandemic arrived in 2020, we refused to let it stop us from serving our community. We created our Grab-N-Go food distribution model — a drive-up program where volunteers welcome both registered and unregistered guests, loading their vehicles with essential groceries and nutritional meals at various food stations. We prefer guests to register, but we will feed whoever drives up — no one is ever turned away. The pandemic did not stop us. We adapted, we served, and we kept showing up.
